Veteran and new principals have a contest on a daily basis to prioritize their time and energies in order to make secure that all facets of the sect are-aligned to promote and target learner learning, encourage and support the efforts of teachers, make sure a safe learning environment, and nurse positive parental and community support and involvement. A misstep in responding to any of these troubles can spell disaster on a daily basis. What is beneficial to all principals is to ask, "What is mostly important, and where do I begin?"
